As part of our Transformation Program, our Executive Management Team (EMT) have recently graduated from a course called Leadership in Action. The course, was of a very high quality. It has distinct value beyond equipping EMT with a range of problem-solving, facilitation, management and leadership tools and techniques.... This level of sharing is not always easy and it has been wonderful to see relationships strengthened as a consequence. Objective workplace evidence of the benefits of the overall program have included richer discussions in EMT meetings and a greater sense of shared accountability for organisational outcomes. I have personally relished the opportunity to really explore my personal leadership style, feel comfortable to own it and be accepted for it. It is an experience very few people are likely to have the chance to experience in their career, and one I am very grateful to have been part of.
